INDIANAPOLIS—Indianapolis police are asking for the public's help in finding a man wanted for the murder of a woman in July.
Yolanda Moffit-Santiago was shot and killed in the 3700 block of North Central Avenue, July 2.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has identified 28-year-old William Jenkins as the suspect and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Investigators say Jenkins "may have altered his appearance," since the murder.
