BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- A woman was arrested after police in Bloomington say she got into a fight with security after trying to enter a pub with a snake inside of her purse.
According to the police report Liberty Flora, 21, was trying to get in to Upstairs Pub with a snake in her purse but began fighting with security when they refused to let her inside.
Police found Flora in a nearby alleyway with the snake still in her purse. Flora refused to leave and was arrested. After being handcuffed, police say Flora spit on an officer.
Flora is charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and felony battery. More charges could be filed.
Animal control was called to retrieve the snake.
