INDIANAPOLIS -- For the second time in four years, a power line arc led to a fire at a house near the Meridian-Kessler neighborhood.

Fire crews were called to the scene just after 12:30 p.m. Sunday after the fire started near East 52nd Street and Indianola Avenue.   Video shot by a neighbor showed an arcing power line starting the fire that damaged a home. The Indianapolis Fire Department says the same home was damaged by a similar fire in 2012.

No one was hurt, and while there was some damage to the home it was not believed to be a total loss.
