INDIANAPOLIS -- A simple, off-script moment from President Obama's address at the Democratic National Convention Wednesday night prompted a surge in people searching for 'voter registration' on Google.
When the crowd at the convention began to boo after hearing Donald Trump's name, President Obama responded by saying, "Don't boo. Vote."

Apparently the American people were listening.
Google Politics tweeted that searches for voter registration spiked by 190 percent. The highest point since the end of the primaries.
