- The apartment building, located at Delaware and New York, is phase one of the redevelopment of the former site of the Indy Star
- There are 145 apartments that range from studios to one and two bedrooms
- Rent runs from $1,000 to $2,700 per month
- Developers are working to attract people interested in downtown living
