PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind. -- The Putnam County Emergency Management Agency is urging people to stay off the roads as water continues to rise.
Big Walnut Creek is flooded in several areas throughout the county.
The Greencastle Fire Department rescued three people when their car was stranded in high water Sunday afternoon.
