INDIANAPOLIS — Repairs are expected to take up to eight hours on a broken water main on the city's north side.
Citizens Energy Group said in a news release that crews are on scene along Gray Road just north of 96th Street making repairs to a 24-inch diameter water main. Citizens said a contractor struck the water main on Monday.
In a news release, Citizens said the westernmost lane of Gray Road just north of 96th Street is blocked, however, no other travel lanes are restricted.
Water service has been restored to homes and businesses impacted after the water main was struck.
