INDIANAPOLIS -- A road will be closed for several hours on Indy's east side due to a water main break.
The break happened on Sherman Dr.
While repairs are being made, Sherman will be closed from 16th St. south to Nowland Ave.
Repairs were scheduled to take most of the morning and beyond.
Citizens Energy says the cause of the break is due to aging infrastructure as the main was installed in 1950.
