INDIANAPOLIS -- Two water main breaks on the city's south side have closed roads.
East Epler Avenue between Shelby Street and Madison Avenue was expected to reopen around 4:00 p.m. after a 67-year-old water main broke.

One northbound lane of Madison Avenue is closed between Dudley Avenue and Epler Avenue due to another break on a 54-year-old water main, according to Citizens Energy Group.
All lanes of Madison Avenue are expected to be back open around 10:00 p.m.
