INDIANAPOLIS -- Police are searching for a man wanted for the attempted robbery of a gas station earlier this year.

Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department say a man in a mask walked up to the Exxon gas station at 2605 East Raymond St. at 3:30 a.m. on April 21.

He pointed a handgun at the clerk, who was behind bulletproof glass. The man pointed at the cash register, wanting money from it.

The clerk refused to give him any money, so the robber flipped him off, then ran from the store.
