INDIANAPOLIS -- A 103-year-old building partially collapsed early Monday morning in Irvington.
The building, at 5501 E. Washington Street, houses the Antique Mall of Irvington.
One eastbound lane of Washington was closed at Ritter while workers removed debris from the street, but it has since re-opened.

The owners of the building say they were shocked by what happened, but they plan to rebuild.
Crews say the building is sound. They blame pooling water for bringing the roof down.
No one was hurt.
