RUSHVILLE, Ind. -- A Rush County bus driver accused of an inappropriate relationship with a student has been fired, the district said Thursday.
Police searched bus driver Anthony Keith's house earlier this month, reportedly discovering evidence linking him to a Henry County minor.

District officials said Keith had been placed on administrative leave and barred from school property while an investigation was conducted.
On Thursday, Rush County Schools Superintendent Matt Vance said Keith's employment had been terminated.
Vance said the district will continue to cooperate with law enforcement in the ongoing criminal investigation against Keith.
