COLUMBUS, Ind. -- The circumstances surrounding the disappearance of a 33-year-old Indianapolis woman are "suspicious," according to police in Columbus.
Jacqueline Watts was reported missing by her family members around 5 p.m. Shortly before that report, officers were called to the 2300 block of Riverside Drive for a suspicious vehicle that had been left running with the emergency lights on. Police were able to identify the car as belonging to Watts.
Watts was last seen by family members a couple of hours before she was reported missing. She has family who lives within blocks of where her vehicle was located.
Police, K-9 officers, and detectives spent hours on the scene searching the area around where Watts' car was found.
Watts is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has blonde hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black stretch pants and a gray shirt.
