Among those killed was a 12-year-old girl.

It was standing room only inside the visitation. Friends say their emotions are still very raw.

Friends say just before midnight, the male victim, Rogelio Legorreta was driving Rebecca Rodriguez-Gomez home from work.

Gomez's 12-year-old daughter, Jasmine Alday-Rodriguez, was also in the SUV.

Police say a man driving a Mustang was racing a driver of a Corvette when the driver of the Mustang lost control and hit the SUV with Luz, Gomez and Rodriguez head on.

Friends and family are raising money to bury Gomez and Rodriguez in Mexico, where their family still lives.
