INDIANAPOLIS -- U.S. News and World Report just released its 2017 ranking of best colleges and there are plenty of Indiana schools on the list.
The Fighting Irish have something to celebrate. They ended up highest among all Indiana schools in the National Universities category. Notre Dame ranked number 15.
Hoosiers came in at number 86 on that same list but the Boilermakers outranked IU, landing at number 60.
176th in the National Universities category: Ball State.
The Butler Bulldogs landed at number 2 in the Regional Universities Midwest category and Anderson University came in at 38th.
