INDIANAPOLIS — A sewer main break at a busy northeast side Indianapolis intersection will tie up traffic into the evening.

According to spokesman Dan Considine of Citizens Energy Group, the problem is at Fall Creek Road and Geist Road.

Traffic in the east bound lane of Fall Creek is being diverted into the turn lane of the intersection. Because of this, drivers are advised to avoid the area as traffic delays are expected.

Repairs to the sewer main are expected to be finished by the morning.
