The Purdue University Police Department is investigating a sexual assault report.
The alleged incident occurred in the 600 block of North University Street.
Police are advising anybody to avoid the area.
No further information is available.
This report comes days after the university released results from a survey showing that 21.9 percent of female respondents say they've been sexually assaulted since coming to Purdue.
