INDIANAPOLIS — Do you have a great invention or business idea that you want the world to know about? You'll have your shot Tuesday at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

The stage is set for the 400 at the Brickyard and a stage is also set for you tomorrow with you pitching your ideas to ABC's “Shark Tank.”

People can start filing into the track starting at 6 a.m. Tuesday with their ideas.

IMS president Doug Boles said people shouldn’t be afraid to come out and pitch

"There's a lot of people out there with great ideas and a lot of us once we see them we say oh wow why didn't we think of that?" Boles said.

Once you arrive you'll park right outside of the media center, you'll receive a band to secure a pitch time in the pavilion.

As a man in business, Boles says you should be enthusiastic about your pitch and make it interesting.

"Practice telling your story, get some feedback from some folks, even if you don't get to do it in front of the Sharks at some point in time,” Boles said. “Everyone should be thinking about coming out here, taking a chance, talking about their business and hopefully we'll see them on ‘Shark Tank’ and hopefully we'll see someone invest and make them even bigger."

Marketing experts advise you to explain exactly what your product or service is, why it's unique and who is your target market.

The RTV6 team will be out at the track and we hope to see you and your great invention.
