SHELBY COUNTY, Ind. -- More donations from Indiana have arrived in Texas to help those impacted by Hurricane Harvey.

After a long drive from Shelby County, two semi-trucks full of supplies arrived in Katy, Texas Saturday.

The Shelby County Emergency Management Agency posted an update on Facebook “Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible.”

The agency asked residents of Shelby County to donate supplies like food, clothes and water, but the amount of community support was way more than expected.

“With everyone’s help, we were able to load two semi’s and a 30’ flatbed trailer. This community is truly amazing,” the group posted on Facebook.

A third truck full of supplies is scheduled to leave Monday from Shelby County.

Shelby County Emergency Management is no longer accepting donations for this drive.
