Sheriff: Pizza Hut employee sold heroin

Posted

MUNCIE, Ind. -- Three people were arrested this week in connection with an alleged heroin deal that went down near a Pizza Hut, including a restaurant employee.

According to the Delaware County Sheriff, the plan was for 25-year-old Jennifer Ailes and 31-year-old Troy Littell to buy heroin from Pizza Hut employee Jade Voiles, 26.

Minutes after the deal, in which police say Voiles sold the couple $150 worth of heroin, all three were arrested on preliminary charges of dealing and possession of narcotics.

Ailes could potentially face an additional charge of neglect of a dependent, as police say her 6-year-old son was in the car at the time of the deal.

A Pizza Hut spokesman said Voiles had been fired following her arrest.
