ANDERSON, Ind. -- Indiana State Police canceled a statewide Silver Alert that was issued Monday night for a 90-year-old man missing from Anderson.
The Silver Alert was canceled Tuesday morning around 2:15 a.m.
The Anderson Police Department did not provide any additional information as to why it was canceled.
The alert said Charles Whitmill, 90, was last seen around 2 a.m. Monday near Anderson, Indiana.
Whitmill was described as a 5'10" tall white male weighing approximately 135 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing blue and green pajamas.
