COLUMBIA CITY — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing northern Indiana man.
The Whitley County Sheriff's Department is looking for Gary L. Cox, 81, of Columbia City, who was last seen at 6 p.m. Friday while driving a red 2001 Infiniti I30 with Indiana license plate 879ALZ, according to a news release from Indiana State Police.
Cox is described as a white male who is 6-feet-2-inches tall and 205 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. On Friday, he wore a t-shirt under a beige fishing shirt and beige cargo pants.
