Alert canceled: Police find missing 78-year-old

UPDATE: Police have found William Russell. He is safe now.

LEBANON, Ind. -- The Lebanon Police Department is searching for a man who may be disoriented and requires medical attention.

William F. Russell, a 78-year-old white man, is 5-foot-10-inches tall, weighs about 190 pounds and has gray hair and blue eyes. He has a mole on the right side of his chin.

He was last seen wearing white shoes with blue shoelaces, blue pants, a turtleneck, and a burgundy windbreaker with the words “Cool Lake” printed on it. 

Russell was last seen in Lebanon on Thursday around 2 p.m.

He may be driving a 2007 blue Chrysler Town and County minivan with Indiana plate 295ACS.
