INDIANAPOLIS -- With snowfall now a full day behind us, the time has come to clear your sidewalks.
A city ordinance gives Indianapolis property owners ten hours to remove the snow or face a fine.
Although we didn't receive a lot of snow, even a little can turn into a deeper issue for the disabled.
