INDIANAPOLIS — Traffic has come to a screeching halt due to a crash on Friday.
INDOT traffic cameras have confirmed that between West Minnesota Street and Sam Jones Expressway is completely shut down due to a crash. All lanes are closed in the southbound direction of travel.
