INDIANAPOLIS — Terry McLaurin is an Indianapolis native who has been the top receiver the last two years for the Washington NFL football team, formally known as the Redskins. He's a 2015 Cathedral High School graduate and went on to play at Ohio State.

Joe Clyne has been a paraplegic since he was hit by a car 30-years ago while attending Butler University. Clyne is also McLaurin's biggest fan.

They've known each other since McLaurin was at Cathedral. Dave Worland, Cathedral's Senior Vice President for Mission and Advancement and former Cathedral Principal, would bring McLaurin to visit Clyne.

Those visits continued while McLaurin was playing at Ohio State. And now, as an NFL standout, he has not forgotten Clyne.

This week, Worland presented Clyne with gifts from McLaurin. They include the gloves and shoes McLaurin wore in Washington's recent win over the Steelers.

Something very special for Joe Clyne, Terry McLaurin's biggest fan.
