Statewide Silver Alert canceled after missing Trafalgar man found safe

UPDATE: The Brown County Sheriff's Office late Monday canceled a Silver Alert for a missing 81-year-old man after he was found safe.

BROWN COUNTY — A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Trafalgar man who is believed to be in danger.

The Silver Alert was issued around 11:15 p.m. Monday for Ronald M. McCubbins, 81, of Trafalgar.

According to the report, the Brown County Sheriff's Office is looking for McCubbins. He is described as an 81-year-old white male, 5-feet 11-inches tall, weighing 180 pounds with white hair and blue eyes. Ronald was last seen wearing a dark-colored sweater and gray sweatpants and driving a green 1998 Ford Ranger with Indiana license plate D422MZ.

Police said Ronald was last seen at 11 a.m. Monday. He is believed to be in danger and may require medical assistance.
