UPDATE: The Silver Alert for Ellis Narmore Jr. has been canceled.
FOUNTAINTOWN, Ind. -- A statewide Silver Alert was issued for an 87-year-old Fountaintown man Thursday evening.
Ellis Narmore Jr. was last seen around 6 p.m. in Fountaintown and is believed to be in danger.
Narmore was described as a white male standing 5 feet 8 inches tall and 158 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a white collar shirt with black cardigan style sweater, black or brown pants and black shoes. The man is believed to be driving a Blue 2001 Dodge Caravan, with Indiana plate UEP559.
