JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. -- A statewide silver alert has been issued for a missing 87-year-old southern Indiana man.
Bruce H. Mater is believed to be in danger.
Mater is described as a white male about 6 feet 1 inches tall, weighing approximately 189 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a light green shirt, unknown pants, and black loafers.
Indiana State Police say Mater was last seen in Jeffersonville around 4 p.m. Tuesday. He may be disoriented and in need of medical assistance.
Mater may be driving a green 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis with Indiana plate 385BAU.
