INDIANAPOLIS -- A strip club on the city's northeast side caught fire Friday evening.

Indianapolis firefighters said they arrived to the Pure Passion strip club at the intersection of 38th Street and Post Road around 5 p.m. to large flames and thick smoke.

After about 25 minutes of fighting the fire, crews were able to control the blaze.

Firefighters said no one was inside of the building at the time of the fire.

The business hours are listed as opening at 8 p.m., but Google's listing does say that Good Friday may affect the hours of operation.
