INDIANAPOLIS -- Lawmakers met Wednesday at the statehouse to discuss the impact of illegal immigration on the state's economy.
It was the third of six scheduled hearings, part of a six-month review of federal immigration law and the options that are within the state's authority to enact.
Several people who spoke to lawmakers say it is a federal issue and they think the state has limited power.
