JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. -- Police say they've identified the suspect who made a bomb threat against Franklin Community High School.
The case has been forwarded to the prosecutor for review.
Franklin Community Schools' superintendent, Dr. David Clendening, confirms that the suspect is a student at the high school:
Franklin Community High School will conduct its own investigation into the events leading up to, and including, the bomb threat. Any and all parties involved will be subject to disciplinary actions as guided by the FCHS policies.
The school district and police say they won't be releasing any further information about the suspect.
The Franklin Community High School was placed on lockdown on December 17 after administrators say they received a threat of a "serious nature."
The school was closed the following day after receiving another threat.
Classes will resume on Tuesday, January 5, 2016.
