INDIANAPOLIS -- Indianapolis police and SWAT crews were called to the city's northwest side after two men allegedly attempted to robbed a pharmacy Friday.

The two suspects entered Cordant Pharmacy, on the fourth floor of The Pyramids office complex on DePauw Boulevard, around 6 p.m. when they encountered employees taking out the trash.

One suspect pointed a handgun at the two employees while other employees inside the pharmacy locked themselves inside a secure room, police said.

The two suspects ordered the two employees that were taking out the trash, around the business. Those inside the secure room called 911.  After several minutes the suspects left the business, said officers.

The second suspect is described by detectives as a man with dark skin, approximately 5 foot 3 inches tall, about 30 to 40 years old with a medium build, scarf over his face, and a surgically closed right eye.
