INDIANAPOLIS -- A 17-year-old turned himself in Thursday for the murder of an Indianapolis man over the weekend.
Attorney David Hennessy said 17-year-old Cameron Tibbs came to his office saying he wanted to turn himself in for the murder of David Bowman, 31, on Sunday.

Bowman was shot and killed on the 2400 block of Lafayette Road Sunday night.
Police were initially looking for a female person of interest in the case, but said Wednesday they had located her.
