MUNCIE, Ind. -- Ten dogs were taken from a Muncie home where authorities say they were living in terrible conditions.
The Muncie Animal Shelter was called to the 10000 block of East County Line Road on Thursday, where they found ten dogs living in standing water and their own feces.
