The "Cake Boss" Buddy Valastro will be in Indianapolis Friday to unveil a giant vehicle cake.

Valastro will unveil the cake on Monument Circle between 10 and 11 a.m. A rendering of the cake is pictured at the top of this story.

The cake will then be on display at Carmel Market District with a smaller version going on display at the newly opened GetGo market at 4927 E. 146th St. in Carmel.

The cake project is a partnership with GetGo convenience stores and the launch of their fuelperks program, which offers customers an opportunity to earn up to $100 off groceries at Market District and free fuel.

For every $50 spent at Carmel Market District or Central Indiana GetGo locations, Advantage Card customers will earn either two percent off of a future grocery shopping order at Market District or 10 cents off per gallon of fuel at GetGo.

Valastro gained fame for his creative and unique cakes through his TV series "The Cake Boss" on TLC. He is originally from New Jersey, where his brick and mortar shop is located.
