INDIANAPOLIS — A band from the west coast will be competing in one of the most prestigious marching band competitions in Indianapolis this weekend with some Hoosier help.
The Mandarins, one of the best drum corps groups in the world, are based in Sacramento, California, but a half-dozen of their members are from Indiana.
