LA PORTE COUNTY, Ind. – A third incident of a turkey smashing into a vehicle was reported Friday by Indiana State Police.
Sgt. Trent Smith said in a tweet, “Thanksgiving came early” for an Indiana State trooper.
The first incident of a turkey flying into a vehicle windshield was reported Tuesday by a New Jersey family who was driving through northern Indiana.
The second crash happened Thursday after ISP Sgt Stephen Wheeles tweeted a photo of the damage done to a trooper’s car.
