INDIANAPOLIS -- Nearly 15,000 people in the Kokomo area were still without power Thursday morning following the tornado outbreak on Wednesday.
As of 10:30 a.m., Duke Energy reported 14,771 people without power.

IPL only has about three dozen customers without power in the Indianapolis area.
There were more than 18,000 power outages statewide due to the storms.
