INDIANAPOLIS -- Next year's legislative session is shaping up to focus heavily on transportation issues – and lawmakers already have four proposed plans to consider.
The governor, House Republicans, Senate Republicans and Democrats have all unveiled separate plans, ranging from under a half million up to $2 billion.
