INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis police are investigating the deaths of two people at a home on the city's southeast side as a murder-suicide.
Homicide detectives were called to Amarillo Way after 6 p.m. Tuesday. The neighborhood is near Stop 11 Road and South Combs Road.
According to a public information officer for the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers found an adult male and female inside of the residence with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound(s).
Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
