INDIANAPOLIS — Two people are dead after a crash on Indianapolis' southwest side early Friday morning.
The crash happened around 1:15 a.m. on Kentucky Avenue, just north of Ameriplex Parkway.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers on the scene told RTV6 a vehicle was traveling northbound on Kentucky Avenue at a high rate of speed and lost control of the vehicle.
Both people died at the scene after being thrown from the vehicle.
