INDIANAPOLIS -- Two people were shot Friday night at a bar about a half-mile from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
The shooting happened around 11:35 p.m. at Scotty's Lounge at 4641 West 30th Street.
IMPD Sgt. Kendale Adams said no charges have been filed, though detectives are following what he called "several promising leads."
The two victims appears to have been shot by a third person involved in an argument. Their conditions and other circumstances of the shooting were not immediately known.
