INDIANAPOLIS -- A gruesome discovery on the city's northeast side Wednesday after two bodies were found.
It's become a scene all too familiar for many in Indianapolis, with the city surpassing 100 homicides already in 2016.

A boy named Reese approached RTV6's Melissa Mahadeo after he saw the crime scene tape in his neighborhood, yet again. He says he sees this all the time and he wrote a letter explaining why he wants the violence to stop.
