INDIANAPOLIS -- Police arrested Kevin Watkins Tuesday on preliminary charges of murder for the deaths of Satori Dionne Williams, 16, and his friend, 15-year-old Timmee Jackson.
Watkins is being held at the Marion County Arrestee Processing Center without bond.

A plea of not guilty was entered on Watkins behalf at his initial hearing Wednesday morning. His next pretrial hearing is set for Feb. 16.
After the hearing, a fight broke out in the hallway of the courtroom between at least one member of one of the victim's families.
