Enjoy Indiana parks for old-time prices this weekend when Indiana State Parks has its 1916 Price Rollback Weekend.
On June 4-5, entry to parks will cost $0.10 per person. That was the price in 1916 to enter the parks.
The gate fees are usually $7 per car for an in-state license and $9 per car for out-of-state licenses.
The fee to enter was established by Col. Richard Lieber in 1916.
Indiana DNR announced the Price Rollback Weekend in a Facebook post, complete with a photo from 1916.
The price is just $0.10 per person, but donations of more will still be accepted.
