INDIANAPOLIS -- A pair of window washers had to be rescued from high atop the OneAmerica building Wednesday after their scaffolding got stuck on the 28th floor.
The workers called for help because they were having trouble with their equipment unit just before 1 p.m.
According to the Indianapolis Fire Department, the window washer's lives were never in danger. The two men, who are 38 and 60 years old, told firefighters they were not stressed out while waiting for their rescue.
"This is what we do," they told firefighters on the scene.
Rescue crews determined the best route would be to remove a nearby window and pull the workers inside.
They were rescued just before 2 p.m.
No one was injured.
