GREENWOOD, Ind. -- No one was seriously injured when a White River Township Fire truck rolled Saturday.
Four firefighters were in the truck at the time of the crash. The crew was pulling one of their boats in anticipation for the flash flooding when the truck rolled.
All four were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. So far, three have been released.
All were wearing seatbelts, according to White River Township Fire Department Chief Jeremy Pell.
Initial reports indicate a car approaching the fire truck was crossing the center line. The driver of the fire truck tried to avoid hitting the car and ended up driving off the side of the road.
