INDIANAPOLIS -- A woman was arrested after police say she left an infant and a 4-year-old in a car Wednesday afternoon.
Lawrence Police responded to the Kroger located at 11101 Pendleton Pike around 3:00 p.m. for a report of unattended children.
Shuron Scott, 44, was arrested on a charge of child neglect.
