MORGAN COUNTY, Ind. -- A woman was arrested Friday in connection with a murder in Morgan County.
Deputies were called to the 6800 block of Waverly Road in Martinsville shortly before 5 p.m. on Thursday for a report of a possible shooting.
They discovered a man's body inside the home.
According to the Morgan County Sheriff's Office, the victim has been identified as Michael Joseph Vanhorn, 48, of Martinsville.
An autospy revealed he died from gunshot wounds.
Authorities say Kristie Dant, 54, of Brownsburg, is in custody.
The investigation is ongoing.
